Practical placement

Practical learning is the best way to develop hands-on, real-life skills so you can be job-ready with the confidence needed to succeed in the workplace!

Depending on the program a minimum amount of hours must be completed in an education and care service. For students not currently working in the industry, these hours are incorporated into our programs through practical placement. And we even help you organise placement via our extensive industry network!

On-Demand Learning Support

When you enrol, you’ll unlock access to our AI-powered learning tools ready to support you anytime, including evenings and weekends. It’s there to keep you moving forward, without replacing the hands-on learning that builds real skills.

What our learners say about us

"My trainer, Angela, was fantastic. She brought a wealth of knowledge, patience, and genuine support throughout the entire course. Angela’s teaching style was engaging, and she made sure I fully understood the material before moving on to more advanced topics. Her constructive feedback and encouragement helped me stay motivated and focused, and I always felt confident asking questions or seeking clarification when needed."
— Jade
“The videos are really helpful, particularly as I can view the videos around the other things I need to be doing at home”
— Melissa
"I’m a visual person, so definitely having something to read and someone talking as well helps me understand better."
— Rhiannon
