Distance learning is available to those not currently working in an education and care service or for learners whose workplace is outside the areas our trainers’ visits.
Your dedicated trainer and assessor will provide personalised feedback, guidance and support via email, Skype and phone.
Learners will complete practical placement to get hands-on experience. We believe sourcing placement is a great way to build confidence and network, so we encourage learners to source their own placement. Don’t sweat though, your training is there to support if needed, as well as arrange placement visits to complete observations and provide ongoing coaching and support.

After enrolling, you’ll gain immediate access to the learning portal where you can begin your coursework. Your trainer will stay in contact, helping you understand requirements, complete assessments and maintain progress.
For courses that include practical components, we support you in arranging placement and ensure trainer involvement for evaluation and guidance during your hands-on experience.
Training videos will enable you to progress through content at your own pace, while an AI Tutor and AI Assessment Coach will draw on our internal resources to provide on-demand support for any questions you have about the course content or your assessments.
